Therapeutic Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Ashiatsu Massage

Therapeutic massage is a customized treatment designed to address your specific needs through a blend of techniques and varied pressure. This service primarily utilizes the therapist’s hands and palms to focus on common problem areas like neck tightness and shoulder tension.

By combining neuromuscular techniques with trigger point therapy, the therapist works to increase your range of motion and reduce overall stress. It is an ideal choice for those seeking a balance of targeted relief and relaxation, making it perfect for regular body maintenance and general muscle tension.

Deep Tissue massage is a results-driven service designed to treat stubborn "knots," trigger points, and chronic pain. To effectively reach and release the deepest layers of muscle tissue, the therapist utilizes specialized techniques including the use of elbows, forearms, and fists. This allows for the concentrated, firm pressure necessary to realign the muscles and break the cycle of chronic tension.

Unlike a standard therapeutic massage, this session is a focused, high-intensity treatment for those needing significant relief from stiff necks, lower back pain, or heavy shoulder tension. Because of the advanced techniques and physical demand required to resolve these deep-seated issues, this service is priced to reflect the specialized skill and intensity involved.

Ashiatsu is a deep tissue technique where the therapist uses their feet to apply broad, flowing strokes while utilizing overhead bars for balance. Because the feet provide a larger surface area than hands, this method delivers incredibly firm, consistent pressure that is deep without feeling "pointy."

It is an ideal choice for athletes, bodybuilders, or anyone with high muscle mass who loves deep pressure. This service is highly effective for decompressing the spine, improving flexibility, and resolving chronic tension in large muscle groups like the back and legs.

Prenatal Massage

Hot Stone Massage

Manual Lymph Drainage

Prenatal massage is designed to support your body through the unique physical changes of pregnancy. As your body shifts, it often places extra strain on the lower back, hips, and joints. Your therapist uses her knowledge of anatomy to safely address these issues, helping to reduce swelling, alleviate sciatic pain, and ease the physical fatigue that comes with each trimester.

To ensure the safety of both mother and baby, this service is offered exclusively during the second and third trimesters. During the session, you will be positioned comfortably on your side and fully supported by pillows. This allows the therapist to effectively work on the back and hips while ensuring you and the baby remain safe and relaxed. It is a practical, effective way to find relief and stay comfortable throughout your pregnancy journey.

Hot Stone Massage uses heated basalt stones as an extension of the therapist’s hands to melt away deep-seated muscle tension. The localized heat penetrates deep into the tissue, expanding blood vessels and increasing circulation to targeted areas.

By pre-softening the muscles with heat, your therapist can resolve stubborn knots and reach deeper layers of tension more effectively—and with less discomfort for the client. This treatment is ideal for those who want the benefits of deep tissue work but prefer a more soothing, restorative experience. It’s an excellent tool for reducing chronic stiffness, managing stress, and improving your overall range of motion.

When the lymphatic system is compromised—often due to cancer treatments or the removal of lymph nodes—fluid can pool in the body, causing painful swelling and heavy limbs. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized therapy that manually guides this fluid away from affected areas so the body can process it effectively.

As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Gabrielle specializes in using the Vodder Method to help cancer survivors manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Important Note: We specialize in medical lymphedema management. We do not provide lymphatic drainage for post-operative cosmetic or plastic surgery recovery (such as liposuction or BBL).

Massage Add-Ons

Cupping

Cupping is the use of suction to decompress the underlying soft tissues, allowing for increased blood flow to relieve tightness and pain. It can be used to release scar tissue and fascial adhesions, reduce trigger points, improve blood and lymph circulation, relieve pain and promote mobility/range of motion.

CBD Pain Relief Cream

Use of CBD clinical strength topical analgesic with pharmaceutical active ingredients of menthol, camphor and CBD hemp oil. It can help restore range of motion, speed recovery for fatigued and painful joints and muscles. It can be used to help relieve joint pain, nerve pain, muscle pain, low back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and so much more.

Essential Oils

Involves applying fragrant essential oils to the skin that are also naturally inhaled during the massage treatment. Inhaling essential oils while receiving a massage calms the mind, emotions and physical body. Essential Oils can help improve sleep quality, reduce headaches, reduce stress levels, reduce inflammation and pain.

Therapeutic Rest Cycle

By adding a 30-minute Therapeutic Integration session to your appointment, you provide your body the necessary stillness to stabilize the musculoskeletal adjustments made during your treatment. This dedicated recovery time helps reduce post-massage soreness, lowers cortisol levels, and ensures the long-term efficacy of your session.
